Job Description

Job Summary

· Prepare early indications of potential recruitment or retention difficulties and identify surpluses or deficiencies in certain ranks or grades

· Prepare statistical reports on labor turnover, employment numbers by departments, and other statistical data as required by the head of Human Resources

· Handle all recruitment activities at SRFC which is responsible for recruiting new employees for all SRFC departments with respect to the following activities such as (Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, testing, Selection, Job offers, proportional period)

· Interview potential new recruits, negotiate with candidates and provide recommendations to the OD Section Head or such new recruits for further interviews

· Identify best sources for recruitment in coordination with the departments’ heads of the company and advise the OD Section Head on places to search

· Develop company relations with recruitment agencies inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while implementing the Saudization program in order to meet government requirements

· Prepare job descriptions for every job position and ensure to maintain changes or updates after approval of the OD Section Head

· Perform regulatory tasks for hiring new staff (e.g. following newspaper regulation for printing ads) as well as the sourcing online for new job offers

· Issue of acceptance / rejection letters to job applicants as well as maintaining new applicant database for quick reference if necessary

Educational and experiences required

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development or equivalent.

Fresh graduate or 1 year of related experience.

Fluent in English

Microsoft office knowledge and practice is required
