Job Summery

Supervises the Company’s Key Accounts/Van Sales operations in the Kingdom to achieve its annual and monthly sales target objectives determined in the approved business plan for each fiscal year through combination of various cost effective sales strategies, merchandising and promotional activities.

Responsibility :

  • Exercises functional supervision of Key Accounts Distributors/Van Sales customers. Exercises financial authority at the level established by the Management for the position e.g. approval of sales orders, sales invoices etc.
  • Assists the K.A. Manager/Van Sales & Catering Manager in the preparation of Sales annual business plan for the Company’s various products setting the Key Account Distributors/Van & Catering sales volume targets, market share based on market research and survey data provided by Marketing from own or external survey and from historical sales data of Distributors.
  • Prepares and recommends to the K.A. Manager/Van Sales & Catering Manager the Key Accounts/Van & Catering sales section annual operating and capital budgets based on annual business plan with performance standards. Targets actual monthly performance against these sales performance standards, taking corrective management action where necessary. Ensures that budget expenditures are in line with the approved budget and obtains justification for any variance.
  • Defines and delineates the sales territories and brands to be handled by the Key Account Distributors/Van sales & catering customers ensuring maximum sales volume potential and distribution of full range of Radwa products without inter-territorial competition with Company sales force or other Key Account Distributors/Retail & Catering outlets.
  • Identifies Key Accounts Distributors/Van sales & Catering customers for each market center in the kingdom that is not covered by the Company’s own sales force and develops profitable business partnership that would ensure wider distribution and penetration of Radwa products in the area in coordination with Sales/Marketing and Finance Departments.
  • Identifies new or un-serviced customers or retail outlets in the Key Account Distributor’s/Van Sales territory and facilitates the development of business relationship between them and the Key Account Distributors/Van Sales & Catering customers.
  • Ensures that the Key Account Distributors/Van Sales & Catering customers are supplied with point of sales (POS) materials that will help them develop consumer awareness and encourage off take of Radwa products at their retail outlets.
  • Trains the Key Account Distributors’ sales force/Van Sales team in Radwa sales call and merchandising systems and ensures that they are supplied with complete product information to facilitate their sales transaction with various market segments especially with industrial users and caterers. Ensures that their warehouse personnel practices First-in First-out stock inventory management to maintain product freshness.
  • Reviews and recommends to the K.A. Manager/Van Sales & Catering Manager any request for promotional programs or participation in exhibitions from Key Account Distributors/Van sales & Catering customers. Coordinates with Sales representatives/Van Salesmen and Key Account Distributors/Van sales & Catering customers to ensure successful implementation of Radwa’s promotional program or participation in exhibitions in the Key Account Distributor’s/Retailers and Catering sales territory. Prepares and submits analysis report on the effect on sales performance of the sales promotions and participation in exhibitions to the Van & Catering Sales Manager.
  • Ensures weekly submission of sales report to monitor the sales and stock movement of Radwa products by the Key Account distributors/Van & catering customers. Advises the Retailers and catering customers to prepare Purchase Orders based on their sales movement and account payable status to replenish their Radwa product inventories.

  • Qulifacation :

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

· Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior

· Ability to consider relative costs and benefits of potential action to choose the most appropriate one
